摘要
由于广谱抗生素在临床上的广泛应用以及细菌间耐药基因的传导,细菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药已经发展成为一个威胁人类健康的重要问题。有关细菌耐药的发生机制尚不十分明了,每种细菌都有其特殊而复杂的耐药发生机制。本文主要从生物化学的角度按灭活酶和钝化酶的产生、抗菌药物渗透障碍、主动外排耐药机制、药物作用靶位的改变、代谢途径或代谢状态改变五个方面对近年来这方面的进展做一综述。
Owning to the extensive spectrum antibiotics' widespread utilizing in clinic and the transduction of antibiotics resistant gene among bacteria, the problem caused by bacterial resistance to common used antibiotics is becoming more serious to people's health. The mechanism of bacterial drug resistance is still obscure, moreover different bacteria have it's special and sophisticated mechanism. In this paper we will describe it's advance this years in biochemistry from five aspects: the production of blanching and blunt enzyme; the permeating obstacle of antibiotics; the active eduction of antibiotics; the changes of targeting domain; the changes in ways and states of bacterial metabolism.
