摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,用HP-5(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对杀菌剂咯喹酮原药进行定性定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的标准偏差为0.30,变异系数为0.31%,平均回收率为100.24%,线性相关系数为0.9968。
A method for separation anddetermination of pyroquilon by GC with HP-5 （30m×0.32mm×0.25μm） capillary column, dibutyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.996 8, the standard deviation was 0.30, the coefficient of variation was 0.31% , the average recovery was100.24%.
