摘要
目的:探讨电视胸腔镜在治疗自发性气胸中的应用价值。方法:总结2005-07以来我院12例电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的临床资料。结果:手术均获成功,随访无复发,胸腔镜手术术中出血少、住院时间短。结论:电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸是合理的选择。
Objective：To investigate the value of video - assisted thoracoscope in the therapy of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods： Summarizing the experience of thoracoscope treatment in 12 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax. Results： All cases had no relapse, the thoracoscope treatment has the less blood loss during operation and less postoperative hospitalization. Conclusion： Video - assisted thoracoscope is a reasonable selection in treating spontaneous pneumothorax.
