High Temperature Performance of High Strength Rubber Concrete

摘要 对高强橡胶混凝土进行了高温试验,研究其经历500,800℃两个温度作用后的抗压、抗折强度变化以及试件外观变化、质量损失.用扫描电镜观察了高温作用后橡胶水泥浆体的微观结构变化.结果表明:500℃作用后高强橡胶混凝土强度下降幅度较小,而800℃作用后高强橡胶混凝土强度下降较大;当橡胶掺量为1%(质量分数)时,粒径1.20mm的橡胶粉有利于改善高强混凝土高温下的爆裂缺陷. Experiments had been taken to study the high temperature performance of high strength rubber concrete(HSRC), which was made by filling recycled rubber with high strength concrete. The compressive strength and flexural strength after different high temperatures were obtained. At the same time, the change of the color of specimen appearance was observed and the degree of mass loss was revealed. The microstructures of cement matrix after 500 ℃ and 800 ℃ were taken in order to explain the change of macrostructure of HSRC. The result shows that the strength of HSRC has a little drop after 500 ℃ temperature, while it deteriorates badly after 800 ℃. The low dosage(1% ,by mass) of 1.2 mm size rubber powder can reduce the spalling failure risk of HSRC at high temperature.
