摘要
本文介绍统计相关分析方法及其在常压塔质量相关因素分析和质量指标的建模与估计中的应用。文章主要描述了多元统计分析中的主元素分析(PCA)和部分最小二乘(PLS)两种方法,进行常压塔油品质量相关因素的分析和质量指标的统计建模,预测精度很高,表明这一应用很有实用价值。
The methods of multivariate statistical analysis and their application in quality control of atmospheric disthllation unit introduced in this paper An overview of the methods such as principal component analysis(PCA)are presented. The statistical correlation analysis between process data and quality variables of atmospheric distillation unit is discussed. A prediction model of quality variables is constructed using the PLS method. The result shows thatthese methods are very effective,ever widening applications can be found in quality control of continous process。
