摘要
不能人为地割裂"以人为本"中蕴涵的"人本"与"民本"的内在关系:民本必须以人本为前提,人本又必须以民本为动力和指向,二者辨证统一的必然结论是"人本而民本"。这一思想对现代企业管理中新文化理念形成的意义是:有助于克服企业发展中的"人文瓶颈",有助于企业的文化转型和"文化生产力"的生成。目前,企业管理要真正做到"人本而民本",就必须及时掌握员工心理动态,构建员工与企业共同发展的和谐文化理念;营造公开、公平、公正的市场环境和社会环境,形成与企业生死攸关的诚信文化理念。
The intrinsic relation between "human first" and "people first" can not be separated: "people first" should take "hu-man first" as the prerequisite, "human first" should take "people first" as guide and drive. The definite conclusion of the dialectical relation of the two is human first together with people first. This idea is significant in the formation of the new culture idea of the management of modern enterprise. It helps to overcome the human bottleneck in the development of the enterprise; helps to develop the productivity of the enterprise, so as to realize the transformation of enterprise culture. At present, to really practice the idea of "human and people first", the enterprise should know the dynamic psychological state of the employees, set up the harmonious culture idea of the mutual development between workers and the enterprise; build up the open, fair and just market and social environment ; form the culture idea of honesty which determines the future of the enterprise.
