摘要
通过施行医院行政干预完善病案质量控制体系,及时发现环节质量缺陷,并进行有效的反馈与纠正,对于提高病案质量、堵塞漏洞、保证医疗安全、防范医疗纠纷或医疗事故的发生,具有重要的意义。笔者主要探讨了病案内涵质量控制与医院行政干预措施竹关系及病案资料在医院现代化管理中的重要价值。
To improve quality control system of medical records through hospital admirristrational intervention and reduce shortage on links to solve problems quickly and effectively. It＇s valuable on raising record quality,plugging a hole,as well as avoiding medical Assues or accidents. Meanwhile,medical records are very important on hospital modern control. This is a research on control of medical records and administrational intervention. It shows that medical records are important data on hospital modern administration.
