摘要
张謇女子职业教育思想是其教育思想体系中的一部分,其"女子有学邦家之隆"、"普及教育以生计为先"等思想超越了同时代的女子教育思想。他要求学生"技能、知识、道德三者无所缺憾",强调道德的实践性、办学的世界观念,在教学上采取技能培训与工业生产、商业销售紧密结合的形式,为中国近代妇女解放开辟了有效途径。
As part of his education idea system,ZHANG Jian＇s female vocational education ideas,i.e. ＂Women＇s being educated is a symbol of prosperity of country and family＂ , and ＂Popularization of education should begin with teaching living skills＂ ,excelled the others＇ in his era. ZHANG insisted that the students should possess skills,knowledge and morality,emphasized moral practice,and held an international conception on schooling. In teaching, he adopted the form of combining skill training with industry production and distribution. This creation provided an effective way for the women＇s liberation in modern China.
