摘要
采用皮粉法与胶体滴定法测得pH=7时木麻黄树皮单宁的胶体滴定值与单宁质量的标准曲线,得到标准曲线的线性回归方程。再用胶体滴定法滴定不同年份木麻黄树皮的提取液,根据标准曲线求得单宁质量,从而计算出不同树龄树皮的单宁含量。同时比较了pH值和提取液中丙酮含量对提取液中单宁含量的影响。
A method was developed to rapidly determinate the tannin content by combining the hide powder method with the colloidal titration. The standard curve of colloidal titration value vs tannin content at pH = 7 was received. A series of colloidal titration values of leach liquors of the bark from different Casuarina equisetifolia trees was got by colloidal titration, then the corresponding tannin contents were obtained from the standard curve, thus the tannin contents of different ages of the bark can be calculated. The effects of pH and acetone in extract to tannin contents were compared.
