斑马鱼实验室繁育系统的建立 被引量：5

摘要 【目的】介绍在普通生物实验室条件下繁育斑马鱼的方法。【方法】利用家用鱼缸、潜水泵及水族用紫外消毒灯、过滤器、给氧泵、控温棒、计时电源插座等组建斑马鱼实验室繁育系统。【结果】利用上述方法成功繁育斑马鱼,包括成鱼和鱼苗的饲养以及鱼卵的生产和孵化。【结论】在实验室繁育斑马鱼开展发育生物学研究具有卫生、廉价、稳定、可操作性强等优点。
