骨髓间充质干细胞在软骨组织工程的应用 被引量:1

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞具有优良的增殖特性和多向分化潜能,同时它对体外培养条件特别敏感,多种生长因子可以调节其向软骨细胞的分化,而生物材料作为细胞外基质的组成成份之一,在软组织工程介导细胞间信号传导和细胞间相互作用方面起着重要作用。软骨组织损伤后修复能力有限,以骨髓间充质干细胞为种子细胞的软骨组织工程为软骨组织缺损的修复带来希望。本文就骨髓间充质干细胞在软骨组织工程中的应用做一综述。
