等径弯角挤压法制备的TiNiFe合金的滑动摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:1

Friction and Wear Behavior of TiNiFe Alloy Fabricated by Equal Channel Angular Extrusion Processing under Dry Sliding Conditon

摘要 采用先进的等径弯角挤压工艺制备微米晶TiNiFe合金块体材料,分析经过等径弯角挤压工艺处理后TiNiFe合金的显微组织,测定其显微硬度,并考察等径弯角挤压工艺对TiNiFe合金摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:高温等径弯角挤压处理可以细化TiNiFe合金的微观组织,显著提高其显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能;未经处理TiNiFe合金的磨损表面较为粗糙,沿滑动方向存在较深的犁沟和大块磨粒剥落,呈现出明显的磨粒磨损特征;而经过高温等径弯角挤压处理后,TiNiFe合金的磨损表面较为光滑、平整,呈现出较轻微的磨粒磨损特征. Micro-grained TiNiFe alloy block was fabricated by a novel equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) processing. Microstructure and hardness of TiNiFe alloy after ECAE processing were investigated. The tribological properties of TiNiFe alloy treated by ECAE under dry sliding condition against GCr15 steel ring was evaluated on a block-on-ring test rig, while the worn surface was observed using SEM. The microstructure of TiNiFe alloy was refined after high temperature ECAE processing. Compared with untreated TiNiFe alloy, the hardness of TiNiFe alloy treated by ECAE was increased. The TiNiFe alloy sample treated by ECAE exhibited good friction and wear behavior, which was attributed to refined grains and increased hardness. Severe abrasive wear and peeling were major modes of wear of untreated TiNiFe alloy, while after ECAE treatment, the worn surface of TiNiFe alloy was smoother, and with slight abrasive wear.
