摘要
报道了由火神孤菌引起的自然发病和人工感染裙带菜“绿烂病”组织病理的研究结果。两种发病藻体病理变化基本一致,细菌通过分解表皮细胞壁后侵入藻体内部,表皮和皮层细胞内细菌数量较少,髓部较多。在火神孤菌的作用下,表皮细胞游离,髓部细胞崩解,色素体、线粒体、高尔基体等胞器发生系列病变,细胞核病变不明显。同时,观察了病原菌火神孤菌的形态和亚显微结构。
Histopathological changes on “Green Decay Diseases” of Undaria pinnatifida infected by Vibrio logei naturally and artificially were described. The changes were similar in the algae infected both by naturally and by artificially. The pathogenic bacterium penetrated through the interior of the seaweed by decomposing the epidermic cell walls. There were more pathogens in the pith than those in the cortex. The pathogenic microorganisms caused the epidermic cells to dissociate and the pith cells burst. The pathological changes were found in the organelles including chloroplasts, mitochondria, and Golgi complex except nuclei. The morphology and ultrastructure of Vibrio logei were observed.
