摘要
目的探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管堵塞的再通处理及防止导管移位的措施。方法用肝素+挤压导管进行再通处理及用纱布绷带从指端向手臂固定。结果能有效解除导管体外部分的完全血凝性堵塞及防止导管移位。结论本方法简单,易操作,患者无任何并发症,对导管也无损伤,延长了留置时间,减轻了患者经济负担及再次穿刺之苦。
Objective To explore PICC plug＇s recanalization treatment and prevention of catheter displacement measure. Methods Recanalication was used by heparin plus squeezing catheter and fixing the catheter from fingertip to arm use of ganze bandage. Resuits Some of complete hemagglutinin occlusion were effectively relieved in vitro catheter and the catheter＇s displacement was prevented. Conclusion The method is easy to operate. It does not cause any complications to patient or to catheter without injury and it also extends the detention time. It reduces the financial burden on patients and the pains that may be caused by repeated punctures.
