摘要
目的探讨护理干预对BiPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的影响。方法回顾性总结我院呼吸内科2006～2007年8月份收治了91例呼吸衰竭,通过对BiPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的患者,上机前、中、后的护理干预,使患者增强战胜疾病的信心,配合治疗。结果治愈74例,好转8例,死亡4例,转入ICU5例。结论护理干预提高BiPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的有效性。
Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the BIPAP respirator therapy of respiratory failure. Methods Retrospective summary in 91 respiratory failure who were cured in our hospital from 2006 to August, 2007. By patients of respirapy failure in BIPAP breathing machine therapy, Nursing intervention before middle and after the ventilation. By careful nursing care given to the patients using mechanical ventiation the patients had built their confidence. Results 74 of the 91 eases, wrer cured, 8 eases were better, 4 eases died and turn ICU 5 eases. Conclusion Nursing intervention increase compliance effective and safety on the BIPAP therepy of respiratory failure.
