摘要
目的提高对伪膜性肠炎的病因、临床特点及治疗方法的认识。方法报道1例重症伪膜性肠炎诊治经过,并进行文献复习。结果患者老年,在应用广谱抗生素后出现重症伪膜性肠炎,积极治疗无效死亡。结论抗生素应用不合理是引起伪膜性肠炎的主要原因,难辨梭状芽孢杆菌是其主要致病菌,为有效控制伪膜性肠炎的发病应合理使用抗生素。
Objective To understand the mechanism and clinical characteristic and treatment plan of pseudomembranous enterocolitis. Methods A case of severe pseudomembranous enterocolitis was reported with review of literatures. Results Old-age patient appeared severe pseudomembranous enterocolitis after using broad-spectrum antibiotic, died although active treatment. Conclusions The unreasonable use of antibiotics is the main reason of pseudomembranous enterocolitis, clostridium difficile is the main pathogenic bacteria1.In order to effectively control the onset of pseudomembranous enterocolitis,antibiotics should be rationally used.
