严重多发伤伴创伤性休克的救治体会 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨严重多发伤伴休克的救治方法,提高创伤急救水平。方法回顾性分析本院救治的158例严重多发伤伴休克患者的资料。结果经过综合救治,抢救成功143例(90.5%),死亡15例(9.5%)。需手术治疗83例,发生多器官功能不全综合征13例。结论建立健全的急诊抢救机制,开辟绿色生命通道,强调遵循一定的检查程序,能最大限度地减少误漏诊;早期合理的容量复苏,正确手术时机和方法能提高整体救治水平。
