银汞合金桩核在前牙修复中的应用

摘要 目的探讨银汞合金桩核在前牙用烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复中的临床可行性和临床疗效。方法将前牙残冠患者随机分成2组,实验组75颗利用余留牙本质做银汞合金桩核修复,牙体预备后制作金属烤瓷牙;对照组45颗做镍铬合金桩核后制作金属烤瓷牙。所有患者随访1~2a。结果实验组成功率93%,对照组成功率96%。结论利用余留的牙本质制作银汞合金桩核,用金属烤瓷牙修复前牙残冠的方法,操作简便,符合生物力学原理,临床应用效果良好。
