10个热带温带玉米群体产量性状遗传效应分析 被引量:3

Analysis on genetic effect of yield traits for ten tropical and temperate maize populations

摘要 以10个热带、温带玉米群体为材料,采用混合线性(AD)模型和MINQUE(1)法,对7个产量相关性状的遗传力、遗传方差分量比率、群体加性和显性遗传效应进行分析。结果表明:试验群体对籽粒产量的贡献为加性效应>显性效应,产量相关性状狭义遗传力为穗粗>百粒重>穗粒重>穗长>籽行数>行粒数>秃尖;加性效应最好的2个群体是豫综5号和墨黄1号;显性效应最强的4个组合为墨白962×豫综5号、新墨1号×WBM-C4、墨黄1号×SUWAN-1和墨白962×EP7;综合来看,豫综5号和墨黄1号是最具利用潜势的群体种质。 Mixed linear (AD) model and MINQUE (1) method were applied to analyze the heritability, the ratio of genetic variance, the additive genetic effect and dominate genetic effect of seven yield traits for ten tropical and temperate maize populations. The results showed that the additive effect of populations contributing to the grain yield was more than the dominate effect; the order for narrow heritability of yield traits was ear diameter〉 100-grain weight〉 ear weight 〉 ear length 〉 row number per ear 〉 grain number per row 〉 ratio of barren ear. Two populations Yuzong 5 and Mohuang 1 had the highest additive effect; and four combinations including Mobai 962 × Yuzong 5, Xinmo 1 × WBM-C4, Mohuang 1 × Suwan-1 and Mobai 962 × EP7 had the highest dominate effects. Generally speaking, Yuzong 5 and Mohuang 1 were the best utilizing potential germplasm.
