摘要
介绍了吸湿排汗纤维的原理、制备方法及异形喷丝孔结构对聚酯纤维吸湿排汗性能的影响,分析了各道工艺对异形度的影响。生产实践表明:加入亲水性基团、降低纺丝温度、采用亲水性油剂等,不仅能增加纤维异形度,而且可提高纤维吸湿排汗效果。
The theory and current manufacturing method of hygroscopic and sweat releasing polyester fiber were introduced. The influences of profiled spinneret orifice structure on the hygroscopic and dry performance were discussed. The influences of each process on degree of profile were analyzed. The results showed that degree of profile was increasde, hygroscopic and sweat release of polyester fiber were also inereased with adding hydrophilic group, reducing spinning temperature and using hydrophilic finish oil.
