摘要
用双波长分光光度法测定枳芩合剂中黄芩总黄酮的含量，测定波长２７８ｎｍ，参比波长２４２ｎｍ，回收率９８．９８％，ＲＳＤ＝０．３２％（ｎ＝６）。本法样品不经分离，直接稀释测定，简便、准确。
A double-beam UV spectrophotometry method for the quantitative analysis of all of flavone in Zhiqin mixture is reported.The sample dilutes directly for determination.The detection wavelength was 278nm,and the reference wavelength was 242nm.The recovery was 98 98%,RSD=0 32%(n=6).This method is simple and accurate.
