摘要
针对化学反应器中一类典型反应过程-庚烷生成甲苯,提出了一种关于传感器故障的非线性集成故障诊断与容错控制方策略。经过分析过程的故障类型,建立反应的数学模型,提出了故障的诊断与容错控制算法,并对香料反应过程进行了仿真,实验结果表明该方法是可行。
A nonlinear integrated fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control strategy is applied to a chemical reactor in which heptane is converted to toluene. The fault types of process are firstly analyzed. The reaction model is then established. At last, the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control algorithm is represented. Simulation of process shows the proposed method is valid.
