摘要
目的探讨α1A肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎(慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征,CP/CPPS)的有效性及安全性。方法采用开放、自身对照的临床观察方法,应用盐酸坦洛新胶囊0.2mg,每日1次,对68例Ⅲ型前列腺炎(CP/CPPS)患者进行了为期1月的治疗。以美国国立健康研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),前列腺液(EPS)WBC计数为疗效指标,对其有效性及安全性进行观察。结果服药1月后,全组患者NIH-CPSI总评分治疗前后平均减低10.4分(P<0.01),疼痛症状评分平均减低2.5分(P<0.01),排尿症状评分平均减低1.44分(P<0.05),生活质量评分平均减低3.02分(P<0.01)。EPS中WBC计数治疗前为16.8±5.1个/HP、治疗后8.12±3.98个/HP(P<0.05)。按症状改善评价,治愈3例(4.4%),显效21例(30.9%),有效30例(44.1%),无效14例(20.6%)。总显效率为35.3%,总有效率为79.4%。2例有轻度头晕,1例大便干结,其余1例,不良事件发生率5.9%。结论α1A肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂能有效地缓解Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的疼痛不适症状和排尿症状,耐受性好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy anti safety of α1A-adrenceptor antagonist in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome（CP/CPPS）. Methods An opened,self-cow,trolled, clinical observation was conducted. Sixty-eight cases of patients who had heen diagnosed CP/CPPS were treated with Terazosin （0.2mg once a day） for one month. The efficacy was evaluated hy the NIH Chronic Prosatatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI）and the WBC in the examination of prostatic secretion（EPS）after the treatment. Results After one month therapy,68 cases were evaluahle.After treatment,NIH-CPSI total score were averagely decreased 10.4 points（P〈0.01）,pain score were averagely decreased 2.5 points（P〈0.01）,urinary symptom score were averagely decreased 1.44 points （P〈0.05）and qol score 3.02 points （P〈0.01）.There was a statistically significant difference in WBC count[（16.8±5.1）＋/HP vs（8.12±3.98）＋/HP,P〈0.05].The total effective rate were 79.4% in the whole group. The clinical adverse rate was 5.9%. Conclusion α1A -adrenceptor antagonist can effectively relieve the pain and voiding symptoms anti improve, the life quality of the patients and well deserves to be recommended in CP/CPPS.
