摘要
〔目的〕严把进口葡萄酒的卫生质量关,确保进口食品安全卫生,防止不合格食品进入我国,为进口葡萄酒的监管提供依据。〔方法〕采用国家标准《菌落总数的测定方法》(GB4789.2-2003),将菌落总数超标的菌落及营养琼脂接种至普通肉汤进行增菌,接种DHL、BS、SS、TCBS和B-P平板,挑可疑菌落按VITEK操作手册对病原微生物进行鉴定。〔结果〕从进口莱莎利庄园红葡萄酒中同时检出鹑鸡肠球菌和尿放线杆菌。〔结论〕本次检验结果提示:检验检疫机构在日常工作中要充分重视对低风险进口食品的检验把关,保证进口产品的质量安全,保护消费者健康。
Objective To hold the pass of sanitation quality, to ensure sanitation safety in imported wine and to prevent unqualified food into China, and to provide evident basis for making supervise policy. Method The sample was studied according to the national standards (Detection of Aerobic Bacterial Count GB4789.2-2003). Aerobic bacterial count exceeding standard of nutritional agar and bacterium were inoculated into broth to enrich. DHL, BS, SS, TCBS and B-P plate were used to isolated strains. VITEK Manual were used to identify and validate double strains. Result Enterococcus gallinarum and Actinobacillus ureae were simultaneously isolated from imported red wine. Conclusion We should pay more attention into the detection of low risk imported food to ensure the sanitary safety and protect consumer health.
