摘要
〔目的〕研究适用于国境卫生检疫对输入性蚊类携带的登革病毒检测的方法。〔方法〕针对国境口岸输入性蚊类样本的特点和检疫检测的要求,筛选与试验对蚊样本检测登革病毒快速、敏感、特异的技术和方法。〔结果〕口岸输入性蚊类样本具有蚊虫数量少、不可重复获得等特点,需要有检测小样本蚊虫的方法,大样本检测需要一次完成并结果较准确。〔结论〕确定了适合对蚊虫小样本检测登革病毒的方法。"单克隆抗体免疫荧光法"和"RT-PCR"技术被用于对蚊虫大样本进行病毒分离及鉴定,并制定了相应的行业标准规程。
Objective To study the detecting method for dengue virus in imported mosquitoes, and to be applicable of health quarantine. Method To screen out the detecting techniques which is fast, sensitive and differential for dengue virus, considering the characteristics and requirements of imported mosquitoes in the frontier. Result The captured samples of imported mosquitoes had the characteristics with few quantity and no recaptured etc. So it was essential to find out a detecting method suitable for the small samples. And if considering for the large sample, the method should be one-off completed and relatively accurate. Conclusion The method for detecting dengue virus in the small samples is screened out. “The monoclonal antibody immunoassay fluorescence method” and “RT- PCR” that is to separate viruses and identify it in many of the mosquito samples are applicable to the need that the detecting method for dengue viruses in imported mosquitoes, based on the hereinbefore advisement, corresponding professional standard codes are constituted.
