摘要
以4种等能量等蛋白的羊草粉结构日粮饲喂18月龄五龙鹅,测定鹅血浆中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性,并将其与纤维消化率、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的表观消化率、蛋氨酸(Met)和胱氨酸(Cys)的表观消化率进行相关性分析比较。试验结果表明,随着羊草粉比例的增加,AKP活性呈显著性降低(P<0.05)的趋势,并与粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与Ca、Met和Cys的表观消化率呈显著正相关(P<0.05);其它五种酶的活性与CF、NDF、ADF消化率及Ca、P、Met、Cys表观消化率相关不显著(P>0.05)。
Eight-month-old Wulong geese were fed by the diet with different proportions of Leymus Chiesensis with the same energy and protein. The activities of plasma Alkaline Phosphatase (AKP) , Acid Phosphatase (ACP) , Choline Esterace ( CHE ) , Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), Glutamicoxalacetic Transaminase (GOT), Glutamatepyruvate Transaminase (GPT) were determined and then their correlation with fiber digestibility and the apparent digestibility of Ca, P, Met and Cys were analyzed. The results indicated that, the activity of AKP took on a significant downtrend as the increasing of Leymus Chinensis proportion ( P 〈0.05 ). There was a negative correlation between the AKP activity and the digestibility of crude fiber ( CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) ( P 〈 0.05 ). However, there was a significant positive correlation between the AKP activity and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys ( P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, the activities of the other five enzymes had no significant correlation with the digestibility of CF, NDF, ADF, and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〉0.05).
