摘要
2007年我国风电行业发展回顾。目前,利用风力发电已成为风能利用的主要形式,受到世界各国的高度重视,而且发展速度最快。中国在风能发展上很多方面已经走在了世界前面,全球风能发展的重心已经从欧洲向中国以及美国转移。虽然从单纯的成本上说,目前风电平均电价仍远高出传统的火电和水电,但如果计入环境成本的话,风电已经初步具备了竞争力。风电作为一种清洁高效的能源,将成为火电、水电以外的中国第三大常规电力来源。在风能产业链中,风机零部件制造、风机制造及风电场的运营三大环节都有着巨大的投资机会。
