黑龙江省是我国最大的国有林区之一,由于多年来的不合理采伐,已使森林可采资源枯竭,大力发展非林替代产业,建立以非林替代产业为经济格局将成为林区经济发展的必然趋势。
Heilongjiang province is one of the biggest national forest areas in our country. The forest resource was dying up for many years＇ unreasonable felling. It is necessary to develop non - forest substitute industry for the economy development of forest area.
