摘要
1972年首先发轫于美国和加拿大的研究型图书馆的学科馆员制从1998年起陆续在我国各大图书馆引进和推广,受到读者广泛欢迎并得到图书馆界的普遍认同。高职院校建立学科馆员制是高职院校事业发展的客观需要,是深化学科发展的必然选择,是信息服务专业化的迫切要求。加强学科馆员制度的建设必须明确学科馆员工作职责,科学制定学科馆员制建设方略。
Subject Librarian system which was derived from the research libraries in Canada and America in 1972 has been increasingly introducted to some libraries in China from 1998, and been popular with readers, and been approved by library field. Vocational College building up subject librarian system is the objective need of the development of vccational college, is the inevitable choose of deepening subject development, is the urgent re- quirement of specialization of information service. The struction of subject librarian system must clear the duties of subject librarian and enact the struction strategy of subject librarian system.
