摘要
目的：探索更好的治疗冠心病途径，临床应用冠状动脉搭桥同期施行激光心肌血管重建术。方法：在冠状动脉搭桥手术中，应用激光心肌打孔。结果：术后10天心肌核素扫描示心肌缺血明显改善。结论：该方法安全、有效，值得应用和深入研究。
Objective: To explore better treatment of coronary artery disease, and to analyze coronary artery bypass graft simultaneously combined with transmyocardial laser revascularization in clinical application. Methods: Transmyocardial laser revascularization was undergone simultaneously with coronary artery bypass graft operation. Results: Ten days Gated Myocardical perfusion Tomoyrphy showed: improved myocardial blood supply. Conclusion: This method is safe and effective, therefore worth further research for clinical application.
