摘要
财政学是介于经济学、政治学、公共管理学等多个学科之间的一门学科。财政学科建设首先需要建立在准确界定财政学学科属性的基础之上。本文结合财政学教科书的演变对财政学学科属性进行了探讨。财政学科建设的当务之急是加强中国财政改革与发展现实的理论研究。本文还对"公共财政"提法的合理性进行了论证。
Science of Public Finance is a subject among economics,politics,science of public management,etc.The subject construction of science of public finance should be based on the correct recognition of the nature of sci- ence of public finance.One of the urgent affairs for the subject construction of science of public finance is to enhance the theoretical study on fiscal reform and development in China.The rationality of the saying of'Gonggong Caizheng'in Chinese has also been demonstrated.
