摘要
介绍了2氟吡啶在药物合成、生物技术、功能材料等方面的用途,总结了2氟吡啶的合成方法,并对合成方法进行了比较,发现用二氟氢化钾与2-氯吡啶的卤交换反应制备2-氟吡啶是目前比较好的可工业化的方法。对含氟吡啶类化合物的合成和应用前景进行了展望。
The uses of 2-fluoropyridine in medicine synthesis, biotechnology, functional material, etc. , and the synthesis methods were reviewed. It is believed that the halogen exchange reaction of 2- chloropyridine with KHF2 is a potential method for the commercialization. Perspectives of the syntheses of fluoropyridines and their applications in the future were given.
