前庭小管与梅尼埃病关系的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 随着高分辨率CT对颞骨内在结构的显示，及计算机辅助的影像结构和颞骨组织切片三维重建的应用，梅尼埃病（Meniere’sdiseaseMD）患者前庭小管（vestibularaqueduct，VA）不显影或狭窄是MD特征性改变这一观点已得到普遍承认。狭窄的VA常伴内淋巴管及内淋巴囊发育不良，这不仅致内淋巴流通受阻，而且重吸收也下降，因而易致内淋巴积水。本文就VA的发育、解剖及影像学检查；VA与MD关系的研究等方面进行综述。
