摘要
某公司原设计加工硫质量分数为1.0%的进口原油,以"常减压蒸馏-渣油加氢-重油催化裂化/加氢裂化"为总加工流程。通过对该公司原油加工现状、现有加工流程、产品要求等的分析,结合经济效益比较,选择了硫质量分数为2%的科威特-阿曼原油作为改造设计油种,并提出了具体的技术改造方案。主要改造项目有:新建喷气燃料加氢脱硫、制氢、硫回收及尾气处理装置;改造常减压蒸馏、渣油加氢、气体或汽油脱硫和溶剂再生装置,以及有关的配套系统。
The refinery was originally designed for processing imported crude oil of 1.0% sulfur. The overall refinery process flow is " atmospheric-vacuum distillation-residue hydrotreating-heavy oil catalytic cracking-hydrocracking". Through the analysis of refinery operation, existing refinery process flow, product specifications etc. and economic benefits comparison, Kuwait-Amman crude with 2% sulfur was selected as the crude for the revamp project and specific revamp scheme was proposed. The revamp works include addition of a jet fuel sweetening unit, a hydrogen generation plant, a sulfur recovery unit and a tail gas treatment unit and retrofit of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit, residue hydrotreating unit, gas or gasoline sweetening unit and solvent regeneration unit as well as their associated auxiliary facilities.
