摘要
自从国外学者Ference在1977年提出"职业高原"概念以来,人们对职业高原的研究开始关注。国外有研究发现,职业高原与工作满意度是有关的,有些学者认为职业高原对工作满意度有消极作用,而另外一些学者又得出了不同的结论。究竟职业高原与工作满意度之间是什么关系?以企业员工为对象,对员工的"职业高原"和工作满意度的关系进行研究。
Since the concept of career plateau was put forward by foreign scholar Ference in 1977, people began to focus on the research on career plateau. The research at abroad found that career plateau is related to job satisfaction, and some scholars think that career plateau has negative effect on job satisfaction, and other scholars have different conclusions. What relationship between career plateau and job satisfaction is is studied by this paper by taking enterprise employees as object.
