摘要 介绍了SOFIM发动机水泵性能试验台的主要结构,试验方法、计算的相关公式以及试验台的数据采集系统的结构,该试验台设计合理、便于操作,并且是在计算机的控制下完成各种参数试验,具有一定的先进性和实用价值。SOFIM水泵在该试验台上测试,保持进口压力(5kPa±1kPa)情况下,分别在6种转速(2000~5000r/min),6种温度(30~90℃)下,改变流量(0~180L/min)测出出口压力、流量、扬程、轴功率和效率,确定SOFIM水泵的工作性能曲线,从而确定它的工作范围,以便向用户提供经济、合理地使用和选择的可靠数据,并且在该性能试验台上同样进行了水泵的进水温度变化对于其测定流量的影响试验,从而进一步降低SOFIM水泵的返修率。 The architecture, test method, calculation formulas and the structure of data acquisition system of performance test-bed tor Pump SOFIM engine was introduced. The test-bed has the advantages of reasonable design, convenient operation, and data acquisition under computer control. Thus it is advanced and practical. Maintaining the inlet pressure at 5 kPa±1 kPa, and shifting at six speeds (2 000-5 000 rpm), six temperatures (30-90℃) and flow rate (0- 180 1/min), the outlet pressure, flux, lift, axial power and efficiency of Pump SOFIM were measured on the test-bed. Accordingly the performance curve of the pump was defined and its operation range was obtained in turn. Then the users can be provided with economical, rational and reliable data. The test of effects of inlet water temperature on the flow rate was also conducted to reduce the back repair rate of the pump.
