摘要
目的:了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及引发ADR的相关因素。方法:对医院2005年7月-2006年12月收集的268例ADR报告进行统计和分析。结果:涉及ADR的药物有116个品种,其中抗感染药物居首位,其次为中药制剂,静脉用药发生率最高,占总例数的55.6%。结论:上报的ADR例数与药品种类,给药途径等多种因素相关,应谨慎用药,以减少或避免ADR的发生。
Objective： To understand the occurrence and relevant factors of adverse drug reaction （ADR） in our hospital from July, 2005 to December, 2006.Methods： we retrospectively analysed the general information of patients,drug classification, manifestation type and severity of ADRs received from spontaneous reporting system. Results： There were total 268 reports, of which 116 kinds of drugs were involved in ADR and the anti-infective and traditional Chinese Patent medicines were the most common drugs caused ADR, The most frequently occurring ADR caused by intravenous administration accounted for 55.6% of the total ADR, Coneulsion： The incidence of ADR is related to many factors,such as administration routes and category of drugs. Attention should be paid to these factors so as to avoid the ADR induced by antinfectives.
