摘要
目的:提高金蝉口服液的质量标准,利用反相高效液相色谱法测定金蝉口服液中黄芩苷的含量。方法:以Diamongil C_(18)柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)为填充柱,柱温35℃,以甲醇:1%冰醋酸(37:63)为流动相,检测波长为277 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果:本法所采用的黄芩苷含量测定的线性范围为20~200 gg/mL,平均回收率为101.18%,RSD为2.37%。结论:所建立之方法稳定可靠、重复性好、专属性强,可有效控制金蝉口服液的质量。
Objective: To determine Baicalin of Jinchan oral liquid by RP-HPLC and establish a method for quality control of Jinchan oral liquid. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm× 200 mm, 5 μm) with the detective temperature of 35℃ was used; The mobile phase was methanol: 1% acetic acid glacial(37:63);The UV detective wavelength was 277 nm. The elution was performed at the flow rate of 1 ml/min. Results: The linear range of baicalin is 20-200 μg/mL. The average recovery was 101.18% and RSD was 2.37%. Conclusion: The method was stable and reliable, repeatable and specific. It can be applied to control the quality of Jinchan oral liquid effectively.
