摘要
福建省的丝虫病监测情况较为复杂，各地市的情况不同，资料也较为分散。为更好地全面了解全省丝虫病的流行动态，提出有效的管理措施，检验监测效果，判定是否达到消灭丝虫病的标准并预测达到消灭的时间，安排消灭丝虫病的进程，用ＦＯＸＢＡＳＥ将全省的监测资料建立起丝虫病监测数据库和监测管理系统，为丝虫病监测工作提供理论依据。
The surveillance of filariasis in Fujian Provice is complicated with scattered data. A filariasis surveillance data base and administrative system were established with FOXBASE to investigate the filariasis situation in the province, to formulate the possible administrative measures, to determine whether the criterion of elimination is reached or not, and to manage the elimination of filariasis.
