汉族冠心病患者ALDH2基因多态性与心肌梗死、饮酒面红的相关性研究——附231例报告 被引量：6

摘要 目的：探讨汉族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心痛）患者乙醛脱氢酶-2（aldehyde dehydrogenase-2，ALDH2）基因多态性与心肌梗死、饮酒面红之间的关系。方法：通过检测ALDH2基因型．将231例冠心病汉族患者按ALDH2基因分为野生型组145例和突变型组86侧，并据是否饮酒面红分为面红组120例与饮酒不面红组111例，分析ALDH2基因多态性与心肌梗死、饮酒面红的关系。结果：①突变型组心肌梗死、糖尿病发生率明显高于野生型组（P〈0．01）。，②多因素Logistie回归分析排除传统心血管危险因素（高血压除外）后，突变型组发生心肌梗死的风险是野生型组的3．42倍（优势比为3．42，95％可信区间=1．46～8．02，P〈0．01）。③面红组突变型ALDH2基因频率显著高于饮酒不面红组（P〈0．01）。结论：饮酒面红可初步鉴定ALDH2基因型，突变型ALDH2基因是心肌梗死的独立危险因素。
