汉族冠心病患者ALDH2基因多态性与心肌梗死、饮酒面红的相关性研究——附231例报告 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨汉族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心痛)患者乙醛脱氢酶-2(aldehyde dehydrogenase-2,ALDH2)基因多态性与心肌梗死、饮酒面红之间的关系。方法:通过检测ALDH2基因型.将231例冠心病汉族患者按ALDH2基因分为野生型组145例和突变型组86侧,并据是否饮酒面红分为面红组120例与饮酒不面红组111例,分析ALDH2基因多态性与心肌梗死、饮酒面红的关系。结果:①突变型组心肌梗死、糖尿病发生率明显高于野生型组(P〈0.01)。,②多因素Logistie回归分析排除传统心血管危险因素(高血压除外)后,突变型组发生心肌梗死的风险是野生型组的3.42倍(优势比为3.42,95%可信区间=1.46~8.02,P〈0.01)。③面红组突变型ALDH2基因频率显著高于饮酒不面红组(P〈0.01)。结论:饮酒面红可初步鉴定ALDH2基因型,突变型ALDH2基因是心肌梗死的独立危险因素。
