通过林间设置松褐天牛Ｍｏｎｏｃｈａｍｕｓａｌｔｅｒｎａｔｕｓ引诱剂，对引诱到的松褐天牛进行分离，１０分钟后就能检查出有无病原线虫的存在，５０分钟后线虫全部游离到水中。
Here introduces a method of examining the pine wood nematode.The Monochomus alternatus was attracted by the attractant in the forest,from it the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus can be separated in 10 minutes in the lab,all of B.xylophilus come out and swim freely in the water in 50 minutes.
