摘要
以克拉玛依环烷基稠油沥青为原料,采用"粉末丁苯橡胶母液分散混合法"工艺,得到SBR改性沥青产品。产品质量满足JTGF40—2004《公路改性沥青路面施工技术规范》中SBR聚合物改性沥青技术要求。通过性质分析,产品的粘韧性和韧性优良,储存热稳定性强;SHRP试验及混合料检测结果表明,产品满足PG64-28的指标要求,具有良好的路用性能。
Asphalt from powder dispersed by mother liquid Karamay naphthenic heavy crude was modified by SBR using SBR mixing process. The product qualities could meet the specifications of SBR modified road asphalt （JTG F40-2004）issued by China Ministry of Communications. Various performance test results showed that the product possessed good toughness and tenacity, excellent thermal stability during storing and good road performance at high-low temperatures. According to the SHRP standard evaluation,said product satisfied the requirements of PG64-28.
