摘要
本文建立了喷气织机纬纱动态张力的测试方法，通过对纬纱张力变化规律的测试与分析，认为引纬终点及打纬时的纬纱张力峰值是造成纬纱断头的根本原因，并讨论了消除纬纱张力峰值的措施。
The paper forms the test method of weft dynamic tension on air-jet looms. According to test andanalyze the change regularity of weft tension, the authors consider the weft broken is due to theweft tension peak value while beating-up and the end of weft insertion, and discuss the removemeasure of peak value.
