摘要
以北京市某污水处理厂的二级出水中总磷为去除对象,通过混凝的静态烧杯实验[1],确定了二级出水除磷效果较好的絮凝剂聚合氯化铁(PFC)[2]和A l2(SO4)3[3]混合使用的最佳投药量,使出水中磷(TP)符合再生水水质标准的要求。絮凝剂组合时静态混凝烧杯实验表明:PFC-Al2(SO4)3体积比1:1时,最佳投药量离子浓度比为:Fe3+/A l3+:9.9/7(mg.L-1),此时TP去除率为93%,浊度去除率为33%。PFC-Al2(SO4)3体积比1:2时,最佳投药量离子浓度比为:Fe3+/A l3+:4.95/7(mg.L-1),此时TP去除率为88%,浊度去除率为71%。
In this study, phosphorus removal from secondary water of a sewage treatment plant in Beijing was studied. The optimium combination and doses of coagulant FeCl3 and PAC were given in the condition of static and dynamic tests. The optimium condition of enhanced coagulation process was given, and the advance test was carried out. The results showed that the TP in worked sewage accorded with the standard of recycle usage of sewage of China. The jar - test of coagulants showed the following results. When PFC and Al2(SO4)3 were used as coagulants ( volume ratio, 1 : 1 ) for complex dosing, the optimum quantity of Fe^3+/Al^3+ were 9.9/7 (mg·L^-1), and the TP removal and turbidity removal were 93% and 33%, respectively; when PFC and Al2(SO4)3 were used as coagulants (volume ratio, 1:2) for complex dosing, the optimum quantity of Fe^3+/Al^3+ were 4.95 /7 (mg·L^-1), and the TP removal and turbidity removal were 88% and 71%, respectively.
