湖南省中学生焦虑情绪现况调查及其相关因素分析 被引量:28

An Investigation into the Prevalence and Related Factors of Anxiety in Middle School Students of Hunan Province

摘要 目的:综合探讨湖南省中学生焦虑发生率的现状及其相关因素。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自行编制的相关因素调查表、自评抑郁量表(SDS)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和子女教育心理控制源量表(PLOC)对湖南省5267名中学生及其家长进行问卷调查。结果:湖南省中学生焦虑总发生率为20.3%。焦虑发生率在不同学校类型、年级和性别间有差异(P<0.05),但在不同地区间没有差异(P>0.05)。学校类型、厌学、抑郁、有自杀想法、家长教育方式和母亲受教育程度是焦虑发生的相关因素。比值比分别为0.744、1.284、5.851、1.907、1.193和0.873。结论:湖南省中学生焦虑总发生率较高,并与多方面因素相关。 Objective: To learn the prevalence and related factors of anxiety in middle school students of Hunan Province. Methods: 5267 middle school students and their parents were administered self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale, family assessment device, the parenting locus of control scale and self-developed factor questionnaire. Results: The prevalence of anxiety of middle school students in Hunan Province was 20.3%. The comparisons of anxiety prevalence between males and females, different school types and among different grades showed significant difference, P〈 0.05; but no statistical difference was found among different regions, P〉0.05. School type, learning lassitude, depression, thought of suicide, parents' educational style and mother's educational level affected the happening of anxiety; their OR were 0.744,1.284,51851,1.907,1.193 and 0.873 respectively. Conclusion: There is significant anxiety in middle school students in Hunan Province and several factors can predict anxiety.
