摘要
从策划设计阶段、项目施工阶段和竣工阶段对房地产开发管理的全过程进行了论述,提出了解决房地产开发中降低成本、提高质量的方法,取得了切实可行的效果,同时提高了房地产企业自身的竞争力。
The followiog paper discusses the whole process of real estate development management from the stages of design, project construction and completion, proposes the method to lower co,st and increase quality in real estate development, in order to gain feasible effect and increase competitiveness of real estate ocmpany.
