摘要
结合当今社会各建设单位的质量管理状况,以组建优秀的管理组织、聘请高品质的监理单位和引进优秀的施工企业为前提,对如何把握工程现场质量管理做一探讨,以创建一个和谐的施工环境,为参建各方的良性发展建立一个新的平台。
Combined with quality management situations of various construction units in present-day society, the author discusses the way to grasp on site quality management from establishing excellent management organization, employing high-quality supervision unit and introducing into outstanding construction enterprises, in order to create harmonious construction environment and build a new platform for sound development of each party participated in the construction .
