丁苯抗冲树脂偶合规律的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以苯乙烯、丁二烯为单体,正丁基锂(n—BuLi)为引发剂,环己彬正己烷为溶剂,环氧大豆油为偶联剂,通过阴离子聚合和偶合反应,研究了偶联剂的用量、偶合温度、偶合时间、偶联剂的加料次数等对偶合效率的影响,结果表明适宜的偶合温度为70℃-80℃,适宜的偶合时间为10min;并结合偶联剂的分子结构对环氧大豆油的偶合机理进行了探讨。 A impact resin was prepared by the activated anionic copolymerization with butadiene and styrene as monnmers, n-butylithium as initiator, cyclohexane/hexane as solvent, epoxidized soybean oil as coupling agent. The quantity of addition, coupling reaction temperature, coupling reaction time and the addition stage of coupling agent which are influncing the coupling efficiency were investigated. The coupling mechanism of epoxidized soybean oil combine with the molecular structure of coupling agent and mechanical property were investigated, too. The result showed coupling reaction temperature 70℃ - 80℃ and coupling reaction time 10 min.
