摘要
近年来国内外液化石油气运输安全事故频发,给人民生命、财产造成了重大损失。本文分析了我国液化石油气运输安全管理存在主要问题,并以上海市为例,评估了液化石油气运输爆炸事故的危害,包括不同数量的液化石油气爆炸的影响范围和伤亡人数。最后,提出了我国液化石油气运输安全事故预防和应急处置的基本原则和具体措施,可为我国液化石油气运输安全管理提供指导。
More and more safety accidents have occurred during the transportation of Liquid Petroleum cent years. These accidents make a huge loss on peoples＇ life and property. This article analyzed the the safety management in the transportation of LPG in China. The damage of the explosion during LPG city was also assessed by taking Shanghai city as example in the paper. The assessment included the Gas （LPG） in remain problems on transportation in a damaged area and persons by different kinds of explosions. Then several basic principles and specific measures about the tactics of prevention and emergency on the accidents of LPG transportation in a city were proposed to provide some useful guidance for the safety management in this area.
