摘要
党的十七大报告阐述了科学发展观的科学内涵和根本要求,使马克思主义中国化又达到一个新的高度。在企业经营与发展领域,科学发展观为我国企业经营理念转变和企业管理创新指明了方向,提出了新问题、新任务、新要求,对企业具有重大的理论指导作用和实践意义。在新形势下,企业应紧紧围绕科学发展观的核心思想,以人本、全面、协调、可持续发展的视角去审视企业的发展,在促进经济增长方式的转变、走新型工业化道路的进程中,努力拓宽企业管理创新的领域和途径,以促进企业实现健康、协调、可持续发展。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China expatiates the scientific connotation and fundamental requirements of scientific outlook on development,which makes Marxism sinicization reach a new height.In the domain of business management,scientific outlook on development points out a direction for the change of concepts and innovation of management of Chinese enterprises and advances new problems,new tasks and new requirements,which has great significance in theoretical guidance and practice.In the new situation,enterprises should survey the development from a human-oriented,comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable points of view tightly attached to scientific outlook on development.In changing the mode of economic growth and choosing the new industrialization road,enterprises should make efforts to broaden the domain and approaches of business management innovation in order to realize healthy,harmonious and sustainable development.
